The chances of Presidential aspirant, Governor Nyesom Wike winning the presidential ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, may cause uncertainty for northern stakeholders in the party.

Deji Adeyanju, popular rights activist, on Friday, said this while alleging that Wike’s presidential interest in PDP was causing crisis in the South-East.

He wondered how the PDP plans to win the 2023 presidential election as a divided party.

On his Twitter page, Adeyanju wrote: If Wike wins the PDP ticket, I see many of the Northern stakeholders leaving the party or working against him within because they already believe he is responsible for manipulation of many congresses across the country.

“Imagine organizing a parallel primaries in Akwa Ibom because Udom is running for president. See the thing they are doing in Edo. PDP is in complete crisis in the South-East because of Wike’s interest.

“How do you intend to win the general election after dividing your party so much like this because of primaries?”

The Leader Of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has spoken once again about the 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.

The man of God had mentioned at different times some politicians who should not bother contesting or withdraw from the race because he doesn’t see them becoming the next president of the country.

In a statement made during an interview session at his prayer mountain, Primate Ayodele released a long list of aspirants who will not become the next president of Nigeria, while still advising them to withdraw instead of wasting their money unnecessarily.

In APC, he mentioned some big wigs who have been going around canvassing for votes from delegates in the forthcoming primaries.

‘’ In APC, The former minister of science and technology, Ogbonnaya Onu, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, Pastor Tunde Bakare, Governor Ben Ayade, Governor Dave Umahi, former minister of education, Emeka Nwajiuba, Ken Nnamani, Governor Yahaya Bello, Ahmed Sani Yerima, Dimeji Bankole, Timpire Sylva, should stop wasting their money, they are going nowhere in the presidential race.’’

Also, in the people democratic people, Primate Ayodele advised some aspirants to bury their ambitions because it won’t lead to anywhere for them in the next presidential election.

‘’ In PDP, Pius Anyim, Governor Nyesom Wike, Governor Bala Mohammed, Governor Emmanuel Udom, Ayodele Fayose, Dele Momodu, Charles Okwudili, should just bury their presidential ambition, it’s not going to yield positive results for them in 2023

My humble greetings to all,

I'm here to seek advise on the current situation I found myself with someone I gave my apartment to, I had secured an apartment in igando area of Lagos state last year Oct., in December same year, I started having some issues so I decided to sublet the apartment and move on.
The intention was to sublet it with my furniture while I strike a deal with new occupant to pay for the apartment along with the furniture inside, a friend of mine whom I barely know picked interest in occupying the apartment but she pleaded to pay the money in parts, our agreement was 500k total while she pleaded to pay the money twice.
I made it known to her that I will only hand over the keys to the apartment when she pays 90% of the total amount then the 10% balance after a month they move in and she agreed and said she was going to pay me 90% by Jan/Feb and balance by March.
That was our initial agreement but then she sent me 200k in January 3rd week and called me in 4th week to hand over the keys and promised to balance me by March 2nd week, I didn't buy that idea but then, she was crying and begging seriously coz they have been served quit notice in their former apartment, due to this, we then made another agreement and I told her that, I won't hand over keys to the entire apartment, that I was going to let them have access to the kitchen key alone to gain access into the apartment pending when they will balance me my total money but I won't give them the sitting room key.
She said she had no problem with that and I made it known to her that, once they don't pay me the balance by March 2nd week and they start stressing me out in getting the balance, I will give them a few weeks grace and if they exhaust the grace period, I will take drastic action by entering into the apartment with the keys with me and lock it up while the 200k they paid will be non refundable cuz they have stayed in the apartment and used my things, she agreed and said since she has no intention of not paying then she's okay with that agreement and I gave them the kitchen keys and also introduced them to my landlord which he accepted they take over the apartment.


Now, I'm having serious issue with these people in paying my balance and I made it known to them on whatsapp that if by April ending, they don't pay me my balance, I will lock the apartment, they probably thought I was bluffing but I locked the apartment last week Friday and they went to police to report i couldn't let them have access to their things in the apartment.

My own decision right now, it has shown these people doesn't have that money to pay and I have decided to evict them from the apartment while the 200k they pay will not be refunded and when I told her my decision, she said I should return the money they paid and still give them time to look for another apartment before they move out then I asked her what will happen to the times you spent at my place and my things you have used in the apartment but she gave no response to that and was telling me either I return the money or I give them more time to pay me the balance.

Pls, how do I handle this.

Summary:
The apartment is a mini flat
The basic rent is 220k
I paid 340k as total rent
Spent over 450k to furnish, wiring and put few things inside
My rent started in Oct but gave it out in January
Ask them to continue the rent once mine due and pay 500k to own everything inside including my gen.


Pls advise me legally.

Hello nairaland I'm so afraid right now because of what is happening to my vital part (pnis).

Since last week I have being having discomfort in my pnis after sxx with my girlfriend. It was a happy moment as Chief Alwell Onyesoh from Etche LGA becomes the sole candidate of the PDP in next years Rivers East Senatorial election.
Rivers East senatorial district is made up of three major ethnic groups in Rivers state, namely, Etche, Ikwerre, and Okrika. These three ethnic groups has eight local governments areas in total. Since the return of democracy in 1999, Ikwerre and Okrika has produced the senators ever since.
It was a dream come true when the state PDP leader and governor of the state, Barrister E.N Wike and other party chieftains and elders in keeping to the unwritten doctrine of equity and justice ceded the ticket to Etche, the only ethnic group that is yet to be represented in the red chamber.

It obviously fell on Chief Alwell Onyesoh who has served as a two times super commissioner of Education and sports during the two term of Dr. Peter Otunaya Odili to answer the call of his people to go and speak for them at the senate.

Big congratulations to Chief Alwell Onyesoh and bigger kudos to Governor Wike for keeping to your words.
