Hello, which country election are you talking about. PDP lost sokoto, Benue, abia and likely enugu. APC lost only Kano. Kaduna results have not been declared officially.

The law says highest votes cast and 2/3 of states. So if he has highest votes and no spread it means theur will be run off

Initially APC thought that Peter Obi's emergence was a disruptor for PDP but the results are indicating it is both ways. No body should decieve you this election is still open
