Please your honest advise is needed here.
My friend just lost his job. He spent 6 months on the job and when it was time for confirmation, he wasn't confirmed rather they gave him a letter of service no longer required.
I advised him to use the job he lost as job experience but his colleagues and other friends said he shouldn't as any company he will be working for will write to the former company where he lost his job.

Now should he doesn't use that as a job experience, then he practically don't have any job experience to place on his cv.

Kindly advise us on what to do.

Kindly assist me with the best of advise on how to go about this issue am facing in my relationship .

My girl friend was circumcised and she seems not to be enjoying having sex at all. often times, she tells me that she knows am still going to leave her due to her inability to satisfy me during Sex. she laments that two of her cherished relationships have been lost due to this and she doesn't want same to happen in my own case. while me on the other hand , to be sincere, i love to have sex though not every time.whenever she's around, we play so much and it all ends up in romance and before you know it am in the mood. i love her so much and from the look of things , she loves me more.

I really feel pity for her because she's ready to do anything for me but always in pain during sex. i sometimes count this as wickedness on the part of her parent and all other mothers that support this Female Genital Mutilation.

please i need your advise .
