if d plate was registereted in ur name n and u just want to use it on another car of urs, maintaining same name n info, den u don't need a change of ownership. what u need is to do is reregistration of existing plate. u take it to d licence area n get d job done. won't cost up to 25k

I agree with you on this and it's due to the proximity of Ugep to other eastern states, bank robberies in d past have been very deadly hence the fear of other banks esterblishing branches there. Not industrialised Yes but rural No.

Got all d stated above, I have done d change of ownership and affidavit but waiting for d vehicle registration to expire b4 changing d names while renewing. As regards d plate number I intend using it since d owner sold d car with d plates.
