Greetings, Can anyone help with a plan for a student plans to build muscles, both a free workout and a diet plan, I don't really have money for the gym, the gyms are expensive in Benin.

I also heard I need to carry weights. And I'm not in control of the food I eat at home, I don't know where to start. I was thinking of eating normally but I do 16 reps of the following exercise;

Crunches, Push Ups, Mountain Climbers, Planks (20 seconds), Leg raises and Tricep Dips, and then chest stretches.

But I don't know if this would be good, I don't know any steps to take, I plan on increasing every rep by a week. That means I would be doing 50 reps in a year everyday. So, I also plan on eating Rice, Bean and Meat, like a bowl, everyday too. Then when I get to 50 reps, I would start carrying weights 3 times, and then when I get to 100 reps I would hit the gym, 3 times a week. Can anyone help with a decent workout plan and a diet plan too. Thanks

The funny thing is that guys with 75 now would be thrown to biochemistry ��

Imagine a candidate who struggled to score 280/80 in his UTME and PUTME respectively and had an aggregate of 75 and he wasn't considered even at catchment... That's painful ��
