I agree with you they are not members of APC and neither are they members of PDP or any other party at all. They openly deposed to the affidavit of defecting to another party or you think they just wanted to withdraw the affidavit for no reason? They know the implications. As it is Nigeria Constitution has no provision for independent candidacy so they don't belong to any political party again because since their names were removed from the PDP register having deposed to the affidavit. We voted parties on the ballot and not individuals as such if you are not a member of any you lose your seat.
