Hello, please I need any doctor in the house.

I've been dealing with some issues a while.

** In the last two months, I've had the feeling that my heart skipped a beat at least 4 different time. Like literally feel like it stopped a mini-second and took my breath away.

**I've been feeling lightheaded for sometime. Like a week after the first thing with my heart happened-
I felt, tired, dizzy and lightheaded. The tiredness and dizziness lasted a week or so and is totally gone till now. But I still feel lightheaded till now. Although it's better.

** I get heart palpitations regularly. That almost makes me feel like belching when it happens.

My resting heart rate's usually around 71beats per minute and my BP's normal.

I know I should visit a cardiologist but I'm totally broke). Gathering money from different people for a while but I know I'll need a substantial amount to go through the tests.


Please what could be the issue? I'd love to have an idea of what could be the issue.
