I have used my Nigerian details on Lesotho PayPal, however, I bought a Lesotho phone number for the verification.

However, you need to be cautious of the amount you send to a new PayPal account to avoid ban.

Also, there are feature limitations on different countries PayPal. Nigeria is one of the most limited.

I have a Nigerian PayPal account since 2018. I have used it to send money once about $10. Now that Paga partnered with PayPal, I opened a paga account and linked my existing Nigerian PayPal to it.

I sent $22 from my Lesotho PayPal to the Nigerian PayPal. It was successful and I cashed it out in Naira through Paga (about 30k +).

Receiving money through PayPal+Paga is much instant than going through Geegpay Dollar account.

Please between the Lesotho PayPal account and paga PayPal which is more safe please.
