The Tinubu that I know will never back Wike in this tactless open political aggression. Wike wants to handle this matter his way against Tinubu's peace accord. Fubara was willing to follow through with Tinubu's resolution earlier on, but Wike was not interested. Wike is on his own as far as Rivers state crisis is concerned. If not that Tinubu is someone who does not break political deals, he would have dumped Wike already over his recalcitrant stance on this Rivers issue.

Let Fubara complete his term, by 2027 you will have a chance to handle him, Wike just does not want to listen. Each day he is losing the political goodwill that he used to enjoy massively in many quarters. Quite sad that he won't walk the path of reasoning.
