Why will I say something that's not obtainable in law?

There are so many illegal operations in south east and not sanctioned by law or legislation; which is actually a recipe for extrajudicial killings.

The allegation that opposition in Imo state is responssible for insecurity in Imo state is sanctioned by law right?
And your support for a proscribed group is obtainable by law grin

Simon has never claimed responsibility for any terrorist attack on X , rather he reports that terrorists @ who ever recruited them get neutralized at ILLEGAL CHECK POINTS.

If he commits acts of terrorism, he would be picked up by Interpol on the evidence presented by FG

Story Story.
You said opposition is the cause of insecurity in Imo state and I ask what about Anambra state?
People like you covering up and defending terrorists killing their own folks are the major problem in Igboland.

Political opponents are responsible for insecurity in imo state~ Sen Hope uzodinma

Not when Simon De Conman Ekperima is claiming responsibility for every terrorist attack.
Btw Imo state is not the only state suffering from insecurity....What about Anambra state?

You just admitted Ubah is not the honourable person you say he was. The body language of Ubah in the Ubah response video speaks volumes! Now, with your back to the wall you say Coscharis is not a saint either. While that is not the issue here I challenge you to publish the dishonourable and dishonest conduct of Coscharis here.

I said he was a great man,I did not say he was honourable person. No billionaire is honourable. To make money is not easy.

The length of this article without the mention of Ubah’s dishonourable showing in the business deal with Coscharis is indicative of the flattery and the hypocrisy it parades. Thanks to God for AMCON who had his arms behind his back so Coscharis could breathe!

An IPOB adherent sported.
Late Sen Ifeanyi Uba was a great man.

When we were warning that what NK is doing could lead to this we were told to shut up ams because most igbos didn't like Buhari they didn't condemn what NK was doing.

No need to cry now, now is not time to cry over spilt milk..... Now is the time to start eliminating the toxicity that NK and IPOB has planted in the hearts of igbos youths

As you were warning, there are thousands of Igbos like me who was doing the needful who never agreed with their method of agitation.

As regards your question, there is; infact he would be ordered to go to the armoury to submit his weapon, because he signed it, except in case of MIA then someone would do that.

I was referring to him cracking his gun and shooting, that's an offence triggered by an initial offence as well, two wrongs don't make a right.

I currently heard he has run mental because he was detained for over six years in the guard room, the general will equally answer for that kind of ridiculous punishment.

Thanks for your reasonable response.

Igbo:
Those rejoicing are Ipob terrorists of Simon Ekpa faction

No,IPOB is united in their hatred for Igbo political elites and the foundation of that hatred was layed by their leader Nnamdi Kanu.
They rejoice over the death of Ifeanyi Uba and praying for the death of Orji Uzo Kalu, you saw what they did to Ekweremadu in Germany.
The group have not added even one single value in Igboland but have sowed evil seed that may take a generation to eliminate.
IPOB is the third worst thing to happen to ndi Igbo after slave trade and Biafra war.

You are the only person that has spoken well. Your cannot disarm a personnel like that, that was unprofessional. There are procedures of diagraming a uniform man.

Thank you for your wisdom to understand the unprofessional way they try to disarm that soldier going behind him to grab his gun like a thief isn't the right way.

What fvcking due process?

So military do not have due process of disarming a soldier than going behind him and grab his gun like a thief?

why una come carry the matter for head

Carry wetin for head?
The creation of addition state is for SE to make it 6 like other zones and southeast politicians have already sponsored a bill in national assembly for that effect before Ned Nwoko pleaded that rather than creating a new state from the existing 5 SE states that it is better Anioma in created as the 6th SE state and since then they have been lobbying SE stakeholders to accept the arrangement. So if they do not want to join SE they should rest while a 6th state will be created within SE.No stress.

next time when you see a potential psycho with gun, follow due process to disarm him, no surprise am.
If not for the prompt reaction from those men, he might have shot someone.

How did you deduce he is a psycho from that video? He was standing and was not pointing gun at anyone and someone rushed from behind to collect his gun.

It is simple,I think SE should go ahead with creation of 6th SE state within our region we have no time for people that are still suffering from identity crisis.

Keep quiet...do you know what is called "Obey before Complain" in the military?Every disobedience is insubordination in the military.Disarm simple,go to guard room for a few days and continue your life. The only crux I have is why punish him so long without court martial?

I don't have your time, you have nothing to offer.

I don't know jack shit about this case only seeing it here for the first time.

But his actions in that video now justifies whatever offense or allegations led to his CO demanding he be disarmed.

How can you justify what you do not know nor understand?
That is why I asked if those soldiers followed due process in disarming him.Military is a disciplined institution you must follow due process but in Nigeria anything goes.

Those are the heroes in this story as they not only risked their lives but also did not resort to using deadly force on him.

Those are his bros and they wanted to save him from more trouble that he was in .

If this was a US military formation , I bet you there would have been guns drawn on him to drop his weapon on the moment he refused the order to be disarmed.

What was his offence that warrant such action? Was he a security threat to other officers?
