FIRST of, LAGOS is progressing forward irrespective of system of government, you can take that to the bank. But having said that, that largely depends on the individual and collective efforts all YORUBA indigenes give to the realization AS IT ONCE WAS. And moreso, the right of LAGOSIANS （indigents in this case）doesn't cover places not founded and settled in by their forefathers.
