Rest guy, Lagos belong to Yorubas, and there is nothing like indigenous or whatever an handful set of people were calling themselves. Every region will still have few minority groups, so this few individuals are only seeking for unsolicited attention.

Lagos Island was Lagos Colony
Most of Apapa was in the Western Region
It was Awolowo that built the Industrial Estates around Apapa Sea Port
Even Lekki was in the Western Region
