isan:it was worst under Tinubu when he was governor. Fashola came and sanitized everywhere. Ambode's impact on sanitation wasn't felt because he took Fashola's glory. Sanwolu's administration is lagging behind on sanitation after starting well. One of the major causes of dirtiness in Lagos is open defecation. If you think I'm lying, take a trip to PPL bus stop along Lagos-Badagry expressway way just before Okokomaiko. The obnoxious open defecation going on in that area calls for emergency.
