Anjuri is the presidential spokesman while Bayo is an internet riff-raff who goes about attacking Peter Obi. |
LegendHero:I don't suppose terrorists. Government should intensify efforts to make sure security personnels are protected. Btw, I was in the SE in April. This IPOB wahala is being exaggerated. It's not that bad as you think. |
LegendHero:the people who have killed more innocent people in the SE is Ebubeagu, a security outfit created by the SE governments. Policemen and Army are being killed on daily basis in the north yet there's no outcry. I hope you haven't forgotten how innocent men were being massacred just because of false Identity. If Simon Ekpa and his boys are killing policemen and civilians, the government should be blamed |
LegendHero:lol okay o! |
Hmmmm... because of this?👇 Probably meaning FG is behind the mass deactivation of sim cards? Hmmm
|
LegendHero:if South East is a war zone, what will you call Borno and Zamfara? Ehn? |
Foolish people. They wouldn't have reversed it and they'll see that this protest will start from MTN offices nationwide. Nigerians are facing a lot and you want to add your own problems? Nonsense and Sim verification |
Protesting against a protest. Who does that? Only in Nigeria |
money121:this is the reason people are in their offices nationwide because I can't see why those who are linked will still have their numbers blocked. The protest is definitely starting at MTN offices nationwide |
Tinubu's hooligans shouldn't come and cry here because this isn't Lagos. |
Esthered:of course there's a political undertone. I won't be surprised if government switches off internet before the protest starts |
Racoon:from what I saw today at MTN office, the protest will definitely happen. People are very angry |
Don't protest in Lagos bla bla bla bullshit. People are protesting in their states and Tinubu miscreants are annoyed. |
TimeManager:shut up you BATIDIOT. People who have linked their lines with their NIN are being massively blocked and you are talking gibberish. Tell Tinubu that the protest must go on whether he likes it or not |
Emu4life:seems you don't get it. Even people whose lines are linked to their NIN, their lines were blocked. If you think something isn't fishy, sorry I can't help your ignorance |
Mightyiyke:the blocked line cannot do any activity. The last resort is to visit MTN office |
TemmyT002:it will rather instigate the protest. The crowd I saw today can start a protest. People are really angry and frustrated |
Esthered:Glo also blocked lines. Mine was blocked and I'm dumping it for now. Can't stress myself going to unblock it |
This is how the protest will start because people are really angry. Government can't keep frustrating Nigerians at any slightest provocation. My Glo line was also barred but I can't stress myself this morning going to unblock it. I don't know of any Glo office around my area. If this continues into when the protest starts it's going to be a big problem. I imagine a scenario like this in other parts of Nigeria.

I was at MTN office Ikotun this morning as early as 7:30am to get a sim swap. Lo and behold, I met an overwhelming crowd. Almost all the people there had their sim card blocked over the weekend. The MTN staff addressed the crowd and told them the fault is from NCC who authorized TELCOS to bar people's lines. Why would NCC be frustrating Nigerians when there's anger already in the land? People need their lines activated for business activities. People who are supposed to go their businesses are crowded at MTN offices because of their lines. I learnt some people came as early as 3am to the office just to get numbers. I couldn't get number because I came by 7:30am. I also learnt MTN staff there worked on Sunday yesterday. Government should better do something fast before it escalates to something else. Below are some pictures I snapped. I left there some minutes ago because I couldn't stand any longer. The crowd is overwhelming!!
|
MIRACULOUS123:An MTN office close to me was filled to the brim on Friday. People were everywhere trying to unblock their sim card. Only God knows how it would be tomorrow. Na wa o!! MTN should create outlets to reduce the crowd. It's overwhelming |
yarimo:and in your Kogi state, your governor is re-bagging government rice and selling it. Pot calling kettle black
|
MIRACULOUS123:hmmmm I guessed as much. My Glo line is 3G and it was blocked. Na wa o! |
If it's because of the protest people's numbers are being blocked, that's very bad. Why should people's numbers be blocked without any prior notice? My Glo number was blocked too after linking it with my NIN. I can't stress myself going to their office. Not at all |
My Glo line was blocked too. I can't stress myself going to their office for now. The crowd there is alarming. I have linked my line with my nin yet they blocked it. I sent message to Glo via Twitter and I was told to visit their office. |
mohims:I've been good. To God be the glory. Will chat you up on Facebook. Please send my regards to your daughter |
mohims:oh wow! So fast!! My regards to her. Btw I sent you Whatsapp message and I was told you weren't the one. Probably you don't use the number any longer. |
Ikaeniyan0:the solution is going to their office. You cannot do anything with your line. The crowd at MTN offices nationwide is disturbing. |
mohims:how's your daughter doing? I guess she's a big girl now. 🙂🙂 |
