A confectionery company on the mainland is urgently in need of inventory officer/manager for immediate employment Responsibilities: -Managing company's supplies, deliveries and customers to ensure a smooth running of the business. -Organising the products for easy tracking -Maintaining an accurate inventory and records of all products. -Liaising with necessary channels to ensure that customers receive their products on time -keeping and Maintaining record as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness -To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement. Similarly, he/she ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse -To supervise the loading and offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of material, etc., and consignment so that it can be accessed and identified easily To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking -inspection and Supervision of ALL that enters and leaves the company's gate -Managing the staff with the help of existing supervisor Qualifications and Requirements: OND /Bsc Experience: 2 years minimum.
