Sorry for the late reply as we had many orders on site to complete for clients.
First when you open an account your sent an email. Secondly you should get approval email in 24-72hrs.

After the expiration of 72hrs you got no mail kindly contact payoneer support.
May be the details you filled during registration were not convincing enough or you might have missed the account approval email may be check your spam folder.

Sorry about your issue. Why they do not accept such is the reason it can be faked.
What neteller accept id IDentification from your government.

Any of means will be accepted.

1. Your Country International Passport.
2. Drivers license.
3. State Government Employee ID Card.

Get any of these and they will surely accept and verify your account.

Do not worry they will notify you in due time and Yes they have started working on sending your card and when they do you will be notified. this is done two weeks after you have registered.

Your bank account in Payoneer will be designated to your country of residence that's why they ask for it. Its a normal procedure though new but its general.

They just sent mail that I my application has been approved or accepted. Can't really remember the term. But nothing on card. What do I do?. Again, when filling the form I was asked to provide bank account and I provided my naira access bank acc. I guess the feature is new cos people I asked said I am speaking foreign language.
