Make sure that the right card is selected in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen
Click on To view your status and activate your card Click Here!
Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your card.

Sorry about what your going through. But i will advice do not request with different address. Go to your local city post office and check. I guess difficulty in narrowing down your actual address made them not to reach you. No matter the part of the world, you must receive Payoneer card in maximum 30 days.

Bitcoin is fascinating stuff. Our current world economic system is truly showing its cracks, and innovation often occurs out of a need society doesn't even know exists. The internet is such a baby, it has yet to transform the most powerful institutions (economy and government ), until now. From a historical perspective I don't think it's possible for bitcoin to disappear at this point . And wouldn't be in world governments best interests to have a reserve currency that can't be debased. It can only have a crash scare which will make it bounce back speedily. So lets keep our minds set in August and see what happens but Bitcoins wont be discarded or separated it can only have a crash scare which will make it loose value but will bounce back after a while.

let us first see the meaning of Zipcode:

ZIP Codes are a system of postal codes used by the Any Country Postal Service since 1940. The term ZIP, an acronym for Zone Improvement Plan, was chosen to suggest that the mail/parcel/goods travels more efficiently, and therefore more quickly when senders use the code in the postal address.


So the reason why payoneer and others request for zipcode is to narrow down your exact location. This will make your house number/address easy to locate.

I opened Payoneer account like two years ago, got the card, activated it and linked to Clickbank but I couldn't earn with it until it expired. last month I wanted to get another card I now open another account with payoneer with another email because i relocated from my former place to a new place. My account was accepted until the third day it was cancelled or blocked, telling me that i had a previous account that if forgot the password i should inask for another password. So i went back to the first account which i successfully changed the password but to get another card I dont know how to go about it because each time i sent the new house address and request for the card, it is the computer generated answers that i get.

Obviously you account has been marked. but you did a sharp practice which Payoneer frowns at. why open another account?
You need to write them a mail through support ticket. give your details and tell them your sorry for opening a new account. now give them your address the new one. they will see sincerity in your mail and then unflag your account so you can add new address details for the new card request.

or if the old address is not far from your new resident, why not stick to the old address? the delivery post agent will surely call when he is in your city before coming to deliver to the address.
