Guy! Do not panic, I also passed the test and I just realised that the test we did was entry level test and was shortlisted just because I once submitted my CV to their head office and I also sent my CV to their HR email and at the same time I registered for the meet the executive, get ready for work and 3PA scheme. So that was why I got this online test message, I will disregard it cos I have come to realise that the test we wrote at workforce is for entry level recruitment while this online test is for the 3PA, meet the executive and get ready for work initiative which I don't think its necessary anymore

Tosin please what's the meaning of 3PA and beside do u think There's any significant in this online test copare to the one you wrote at work force and please can you brief us on what we can expect from the test in relation to the one you wrote at workforce. Thanks

I was also called last week for d DSA Job but didn't show up because i was ask to reply thru text if am interested or not, Which i reply wit a 'BIG No' but stated that if another offer is available e.g. Teller; I will be glad to take it...

Wat am trying to say is dat, i dont thk dey are inviting me again for the same job because i also receive an invite schedule for Thursday.

Really!!!! But that can be frustrating after 2 to 3 Month. But why are they stressing people when the job is not ready on ground. Unlike you after the one day banking training you haven't been contacted till now ?

Well....To the best of mai knowledge, all i know is d@...presently Workforce is recruiting Marketers 2 fill the DSA positions of their clients (i.e Banks)....
Regarding d interview.... it's quite easy, just study ur c.v well, be audible when answering questions and be bold (don't be frightened)...with these, I promise u, u are in...
I got d offer with dem last week but I declined coz am not a lover of marketing job.... Shalom

JAGZZ: Its a sales role (retail). Meaning its gonna be marketing..

Old Mutual Nigeria is a nice place but for this role, I'm sure the salary is just gonna be between 50-60k.

I don't know there payment structure but it is a multinational company listed in London stock exchange market and currently existing in up to five Africa country but came into nigeria in 2013 March so I expect them to pay well.

Just got a feeling that its going to be an insurance marketing job beside sence office is at ikoyi so you can still attend both since the old mutual interview has no specific time.
