Good afternoon here, pls I'm new here.

I want to lodge a complain about jumia deals. I paid for a laptop to one of their agents who place an advert on their platform and have not recieved d laptop and d agent who calls himself Williams -08104755601 and 08160638403 has refused to refund my money.

I'm calling on jumia to please come to my rescue and scrutinize the people dealing with them.
