I would assume that even if we read the most righteous book like we all claim to do in our respective religions, we still need to critically analyze what we read to know if we're on the right path or lost. Lack of critical reasoning had made many lost.

Ok, listening, do well to tell us the history of SDP and NRC created by IBB, then tell us why we never had them for 1999 election, and how SDP came back into existence.

To the issue, which party is APP, the party formed towards the transition was ANPP, I don't know any APP.
APGA, I know wasn't registered as at 98/99, but it got registered before the 2003 election which Ojukwu contested on her platform.
The current SDP still choose to adopt the legacy of the old SDP, don't know if the exact time it was reregistered, but I already made it clear that there was no party that was still standing as a registered political party from the 3rd Republic in the 4th Republic

Fresh 105.9 FM, a radio station owned by gospel musician Mr Yinka Ayefele, in the Oyo State capital Ibadan, was reportedly gutted by fire on Friday night.

The station, located in the Challenge area of the city, was engulfed in flames, according to eyewitness accounts.

One witness, Samuel Ibikunle, appealed for urgent assistance, saying, “Fresh FM is currently on fire! We urgently need the Fire Service to respond immediately. Please spread the word and alert the nearest station.”

The management of the station is yet to issue an official statement on the incident.

Yes, he is right, there was no party again as at 1999, INEC had to reregister the party as a new party. However, some old parties like SDP whom the trustees still wish to maintain its legacy reregistered under the same name and logo.
Some that could not keep the legacy faded off to form party like PDP, AD, APGA, ANPP, etc
So the SDP we have today are just followers of the old SDP of 90s
