Hello Liviintainment, how rugged are these tablets? I got exactly this type for my daughter as Christmas gift in December through Konga and it didn't last 3 months. We called Konga and it was all stories .

Please just follow what jonwesley said and the earlier the better to avoid any infection. I went as far as going for a procedure called colonoscopy to confirm that the colon was in the clear. You need to start taking a lot of fruits, roughages , meals high in fibre and plenty of water. As you are getting up in the morning, the first thing you take should be water. I suffered for years and I now had a complete shutdown of my system before seeking help. I was even placed on admission because it was really bad. Today however, I'm in the clear and bowel movement has been fantastic since I started the new way of life. I was a coke addict but I can count how many bottles I've taken since 2013 when I started the new diet. Please don't take unnecessary chances, the earlier the better. All the best.
