Good day all.

Thought I'd reply all involved individually through email but that would mean too much work.

As you may know, just a couple of weeks ago, I created a thread requesting that 20 nairalanders sent me some information for possible consideration for some opportunity. I got well over 40 entries, out of which I choose eighteen.

I had the names of those candidates selected added
to the list which was dispatched to Abuja. We were hopeful all will work out right.

Three days ago, I got a feedback requesting that a particular format of the list be created using Excel, with several additional information requested of the applicants, including personal and spousal BVN. Unfortunately, when the mail came through, yours truly was nowhere close to a PC as I was neck deep in some critical work in a rural area in CRS. In addition, I wasn't comfortable asking people I've never met in my life, and hardly know, to provide such sensitive information. Furthermore, a deadline for re- submision was set at August 11. Even if I had had all the information, it would have been nearly impossible for me to meet the deadline.

I don't want to reveal much here but two persons here who know me fairly personally know what it's about.

I would simply be on the lookout as these opportunities come every once in a while. But this one has sure passed us by.

Number 1 : email checking in this case gmail is on your phone and there is always notification for you each time mails comes in
You are always online here on nairaland commenting and replying
Which is same time or minutes you can use to check the gmail preinstalled already on your phone

-- you are busy fine we all are but when it has to do with a promise and public attention there should be seriousness and noting that reputation and stakes are high in the public space

---some many of us followed the threads and followed your online presence waiting for updates but also randomly check out your forum replies and all that seeing you online always and replying threads and comments put some of your latest developments comments on the test

--- even if other data or details bvn was ask we would have provided them to you ...yes is simple as that so many payment portals need bvn and is no big deal

( lastly find other job offers and compansate the team 20 members that spend time following up and sending emails to you. Thanks )
