Fulanis are not indigenous to any country in Africa. They immigrated from somewhere Arabian peninsula into Futa Jalon where they fought and took over the land of the Djallon people. IPOB group are fighting against "marginalization", igbo leaders even though not publicly supporting them are happy because it is to their advantage alone.

Most of the calculations is, if IPOB continues its Biafra agitations, PDP/APC will come to the negotiating table with igbo leaders and field in an igbo candidate for vice president, just like what PDP did in the last election. This calculation is to calm down the nerves of some IPOB Supporters.
