From the video the man recording the burning car while talking said this vehicle is burning at Umuoji, one coordinator for Victor Ume (Who is a former APGA chairman that was sworn in as senator)
The coordinator kidnapped two children going to school at Umuoji (The children are boys) So the vehicle he is recording right now while talking was used for the kidnapping.
And the man was removed by police. And police rescued him from being lynched.
