The CJN made it clear the the Justice Auta was proven to DEMAND the said amount but WAS NOT able to collect it. So the sanction was based on the DEMAND not on the fictional COLLECTION.

But the point here is, since you could not get the above fact straight (which, by the way, it's a plain public knowledge) your entire conspiracy theory are therefore not worth reading.

The author is just a hired propaganda organization hustling for what to eat at the expense of national integerity.
