What you should have done after successful completion of the application is to have screen grab it.

That's what I did, because I used phone to apply, and it has been difficult using cafe.

What am going to do is to print it from my phone.

If you are able to finally get your application I.D, just screen grab it and find a way to send it to a computer via Bluetooth or USB cord and print it out.
