We ended up submitting 2 application forms . The people at Tls only took the front page of mine and asked me to send the other bit to Sheffield .I sent it along with my tb certificate . DH. Printed another completed form off my ukvi account and included it in the supporting documents sent from his end .

Hi subomi2,
Yeah my son has his British passport along with his dad . I think it shows further evidence of a relationship .I attached emails and receipts showing the payments we made to the NHS when I gave birth.i think it can work against you if you have unpaid bills.

Yes it was priority application .I also spent 8 months in the last year in the U.K. Breaking my trip up by going on holiday .I explained why I stayed that long .I had a difficult pregnancy so I needed his help .

I think just explain everything to them .

Also, people usually give a background to their situation so people can know how-to advice . Are you using salaries, do you have a history of refusal, are you using savings. My husband is self employed for example so my route was different.

Lexus is also right , you need to sit down and search using keywords. Nobody can tell you all you need to know in one post. Its like writing thesis

Haven't received any email from tlscontact though so I'm trying to keep calm . The possibility of seeing DH before the end of the month will make me dizzy .

TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Bibra800: 9:07pm On Jun 06, 2017
Hi Nakiemi,
I was hoping your husband had gotten his visa and you were just going to drop timeline on us.Im still waiting as well .39 days here. I'm willing to wait till day 60 before calling them .If only they would refund the money paid if they don't meet up.Its disheartening to watch people who applied end of May get their passports back . No method to this madness.
TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Bibra800: 3:42pm On Jun 02, 2017
Hiya,
The wait is definitely not easy at all but it's an opportunity for growth . You try to plan things you can do with your partner when you finally meet.try to occupy your days to make the time pass by .I joined the firm "I love my foreign spouse" on Facebook .They are very supportive and everyone report their progress so you know it's right around the corner .

Hi Steelyman,
If I remember correctly , you applied with your wife from lagos yes? Did you provide the self addressed prepaid envelope?

TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Bibra800: 1:32pm On May 26, 2017
I may be misinterpreting the information , but for this mean that priority applications have a 60 working day assessment period or it's just stating that this is what you can expect without priority .

Home office is making me doubt my comprehension skills .Make una no vex.
TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Bibra800: 1:21pm On May 26, 2017
Hi Guys,

TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Bibra800: 10:43am On May 23, 2017
Hahaha.I mentioned the success of the application before .I feel like Justwise is a very coded reserved guy so not to embarrass him.
Anyways, make una no vex. Good luck with your application EVaMD, I could have sworn I've been seeing your name here before.
I'm still waiting on a decision myself ,I'll come and share good news by Gods grace .
