From your explanation here, it seems the battery that abruptly reduced in power must have eventually gone dead. This could mean the battery is faulty from factory or from how or with what u charge it. My observation though.

As a refresher course, get your phone connected to a device, set the other device as unmetered and update your device.

If the unmetered connection doesn't work, revert back to metered.

There is no way to Skip the WiFi setup if no SIM is used. Either insert a SIM that can connect to the Internet or provide a WiFi network with an Internet connection

I think all these umi parts and the phones themselves re not easily found in Nigeria except replicas. AliExpress would be the best place for all these if u can have the patience.

I ordered a leather pack for my Umi A7 on Jumia for added protection since last month.

The pack is due for delivery between today and 7th of this month.

However, when I click on See tracking details on the delivery summary page, it will display that the item was not found.

Pls, is there any course of alarm or this just a normal thing?

This is not a valid tracking number so reason it can't be tracked. Check your order notification mail to retrieve the right tracking number. Could work.
On the other hand, any protective jacket for A7 Pro on Jumia is shipped from abroad so this could be the reason for the long wait. Such order takes nothing less than a month or more in most cases. Keep ur fingers crossed. Hopefully it might come.
