RoRo ships are vessels built for shipping wheeled cargo, more specifically – shipping motor cars and motorcycles. The vehicles are driven on to the ship almost like it was a parking garage. The name Roll-on/Roll-off comes from the fact that vehicles roll-on/roll-off the ramp, which is how they are driven on and off the ship. By contrast, lift-on/lift-off (LoLo) vessels require the vehicles to be lifted by a crane.

It is a salvage title and can not legally be driven in the USA, hence the tow rod because was towed to our facility. It runs and drives with in our facility , transmission shifts as it should. It has dents from hail and needs back glass, no structural damage, no damage to electrical system. You are more than welcome to come inspect yourself or higher a 3rd to inspect the vehicle for you.

In US, there is a 3mph or 5mph safety bumper which this Lexus bumperr doesn't comply with as long as that tow rod is installed.

For that tow rod to be installed it clearly shows it was no longer deemed safe to drive on its own power or it couldn't even drive.

May I remind you, run and drive doesn't necessarily mean it can propel itself on its own power. It may mean the engine can start.

Hail damage is not flood damage, the unit runs and drives. There are no warning lights or electrical issues with the vehicle. The back window has been taped up to protect from the elements.

For it to have had a tow rod installed, shows it was towed to the auction area. Na likely flood salvaged or other serious electrical, engine, transmission or suspension issues.
