u made mention of some persons allowed to work 80 hrs, how possible is that cos all i see and read about is 20 hrs work time
And as for the licence issue,hw about getting an international drivers licence from 9ja rather than spending 1000 pounds for a drivers licence in the UK?

chivitech: You need not include them, your English language proficiency will appear on your CAS. If you are to include reference letter, it will also appear on your CAS but it is barely done.

You do not need to buy flight ticket before applying.

2000 pounds is around 560k. So do not make expenses of more than 400k before your visa is out.
Iom and visa fees will cost you a maximum of 120k


one mote thing, how did u prove your english proficiency?

a letter from the deen of my university specifically for the english proficiency
with the university letter head and stamp
and my school wrote to me it has been waved

justwise: I have to take your word for it.

You don't need to include the refusal letter but you have to acknowledge the refusal when asked in the form and briefly explain why you were refused. Withholding info about it will earn you 10yrs ban. Its just a test though to know how honest you are, they have all the info already anyway.

2000 pounds is so much enough for IOM test and Visa fee but your other expenses is not what i can guarantee. I do not know how extravagant your expenses can be

You can print your CAS in any color you like. If the accommodation fees is listed on your CAS, then no need to print it, else print it also in any color you like.

Yes print and fill the appendix 8 form. If they don't want it, they will give it back to you.

justwise: Ok, look at the last paragraph of that refusal letter and see under which immigration law your were refused. The section number will be mentioned there.

in my case my Accounts starts running on the the 18th of july which means i will be due by 14th August and i intend paying for online visa fee by 15th August

1. am i submitting my document same day i pay on line or i will giving an appointment date?
2. my money was fully paid on the 18th July, another excess of 2000 pounds was paid to same account. And now all expense to be maid such as iom for TB test, online payment for Visa application and my personal expense are and will be withdraw from this same account in the course of the 28th day counting hope i am not playing with the bulls horn etc
3.we hear different stories all the time i was advice to make my document printed to be in black and white such as my CAS, receipt for accommodation,

v.offer of accommodation letter and receipt for Accommodation reservation 300 pounds

viii. oanda conversion (not printed)
iix. two passport photograph

5. Can i include waec result,Jamb Addmission letter?

Yea it's better you print on the very day or better still the night b4 u ll be going to the embassy.

@ chaze85 for my I was sent a statement of payment kind of. N I ve sent my school a mail so dey promised sending me a receipt to confirm payment for accommodation

Please, I just want to be sure that my calculations and preparations are in order based on what I have read so far here. I deposited the required fund into my account on the 18th of July From my calculations, the 28th day will be on the 15th of August, being a Friday. To be on the safe side, I plan printing on the 18th of August (the 31st day), being Monday since I cant do so on Saturday and Sunday (though I would have preferred any of these days), pay for my online application on Tuesday and book an appointment for Wednesday. Please, am I in order? Secondly, below are the documents I am hoping to use for my application
1. The degree cert with which I got my admission and which is also stated on my CAS
2. My CAS
3. My passport
4. Bank Statement
5. TB test result
6. My visa online application print out
7. My study leave with pay approval letter from my employer (I know this is not mandatory, I just want to include it to add credence to my application)
Please, is there anything I am missing out? Thanks all as I await your invaluable comments

Don't forget your oanda print out for currency exchange for the day in which you are submitting your application

4. If the maintenance money is in your personal account, remove the birth certificate, else, swear an affidavit.
But try and get a new birth certificate later for future purposes

4. There is something I want to draw your attension to, my birth certificate has just my surname and one of my name while the other name has been a different one from the one have been using since my secondary school.
My question is would I have a problem with that
