i am currently offering a transfer program in a university (Malaysia) to either USA or CANADA
lets say i don't win the lottery and i have a family friend in the USA that has been there for 11 years now(visa lottery as well)can they invite me over as one of their family members?
my main question is will i be paying the same tuition fees with american citizens or international student tuition fees.

i used a 600x600 pixel and below 240kb,it is 195kb is this the right passport photo for dvlottery,and also i used google chrome for my application thanks alot

Since they say the backgound can be neutral, light-coloured background, I don't think you'll be disqualified.

The application form only asks for your name date of birth sex (male or female)
the name of the town where you were born
the name of the country where you were born
your photograph
your address your email address
your phone number
(if married)
your husband's or wife's Name, Date of Birth,
Gender, City/Town of Birth, Country of Birth,
Photograph each of your children's Name, Date of Birth, Gender, City/Town of Birth, Country of Birth, Photograph That's all.
See the application form here: http:// www.dvlottery.state.gov/ and look for the application link.
Make sure you read the instruction carefully as you apply most importantly DONT FORGET
to print, copy and save the confirmation page that pops up at the end of your
application.
PLS DONT USE AND ANGENT OH, WE BEG YOU, DONT USE ANGENT.
