Health / Re: What Can I Do To Gain Weight? by BigBizzy(m): 5:01pm On May 13

Well, those are not good enough.
Be more intentional with your diet if you want to put on weight.
Eating beans like 3times in a week might help you.
Unripe plantains pottage, yam pottage with leafy vegetables, for like 2times in a week will be good for you also.
You can include sweet potatoes or ripe plantains to your beans occasionally to make it more filling and delicious.
Eat more of vegetable soups with your swallow meals.

Include other foods like eggs, chicken/turkey, full cream milk, yogurts...

Nice one....these foods are also good for someone with diabetes

Politics / Re: When Shall Buhari Stand Up - TELL by BigBizzy(m): 7:49am On May 10
Its high time we stop depending on Buhari for leadership...Him and his family are just hiding and insulating in Aso Rock to absolve themselves from the terror Nigerians are facing on a daily.

The man intelligently used Nigeria and the states money to treat himself of the supposed illness he claimed to be having.

His allies and apc have indeed ran out of lies to lie to sensible and meaningful Nigerians, not those ass lickers, gullible 30k BMC who have sold their souls and that of their unborn.

Indeed Nigeria is on autopilot.

Is buhari even the head of his family??

One cannot but beg answers to the above question.

These are terrible times for Nigeria.
