Anyone can marry anyone thats their business. Just tell your actual age, don't lie. We4all: |
Just believe it. As you see edited photo body don sweet you, just believe it. If you marry a 23 yo girl and later discovered she's actually 33 yo you'd just believe it and move on. Instead of you to drop like and move, you must show say you be simp. We4all: |
Someone had a NDE - Near Death Experience outside the country in America I think. Doctor certified the person dead but they later regained consciousness. The person met Jesus and Jesus told the person this exact same incident, just as is related her. He confirmed that he sent the child and it is real. I was shocked when I watched it. I had to wuickly come google it because I remember when it happened and alot of people didn't believe it then. Even I was passive about it but it is real. Heaven & Hell are real. If you find this, this is a cue to take your relationship with God seriously. Look up NDE experiences on youtube for more. |
Lol, millions attend church camps that usually last over 5 days every year and it isn't Jesus preaching. Think about that before you sleep. Helinuse: |
This is one of the ideas you people infer that may make christianity a bit unattractive or boring to outsiders. Most preachers who take so much time are usually self glorifying story tellers or dilly dallying. If you focus on the word 1 hour is enough. The goal is to continually feed the mind with the word. As a preacher you dont do too much in one day. If not, most of the other days would be empty you won't have much to say The idea isn't to keep people in church, its about the impact of the message. Also you have to consider attention span, their other engagements. People will more likely recall or resonate with a short sermon than a long one. Helinuse: |
Foriegb Remittance is not FDI. While the inflow helps stabilize the economy and more of it would be better for us, the government is not responsible for it in any way. Or how else would you explain the impact of the govt in Nigeria on how much a janitor in the UK or US decides to send home. Also something they don't tell you is that a decent chunk of this money is even from yahoo boys. DeLaRue: |
At this point they're scared of Jonathan, he threw Obi in there to disguise the fact. The number of APC bigwigs who have commented since PDP started considering Jonathan says a lot. |
This is very shameful coming from a woman. If the deceased thought it wise to stay with the man for 15 years and had 3 kids with him, who are you to invalidate that because some oil and yams didnt exchange hands? Imagine if the man after 15 years was telling everybody that she is not his wife? Imagine if the man became and governor and refused her to be first lady saying she's not his wife? You would be the first to come and cry and complain. See you claiming dead body? Like this person is dead...which yeye claiming are you claiming? Even if its the culture, the culture was made by human beings like you, from time to time human beings should be able to review these culture and tradition for their best interest. Of course I'm not against a proper marriage in any way, but in cases as these, let commonsense prevail. Insisting that a woman who has given her best years to a man after 15years is just a live in lover shortchanges women and empowers the men to treat such women less. In the US, if an unmarried man, in the absence of any kids, his "live in lover" (provided they've been together for sometime) gets his estate. Live in lovers are not worthless and married woman are not only worthy because yam and oil exchanged hands. Twoclans: |
If your relative is misbehaving as notorious cultist or drug addict bringing problem and shame to the family lock him up like this. Its a good way to help him waste his life without putting his family in stress and wahala. People complaining about the surroundings; did you see any mansion in the video? Did he not know that he's from a poor background before he started doing nonsense? All these people forming vandamme rescuing him will still call the family to come and carry him when he starts with them. Dearlord: |
"this one sef no sabi thief" smh Person rob 1 person in the midst of 3 for broad daylight. No back up, just get away bike. Released a shot so it wasn't a sneak robbery, people knew. Even when the guy appeared to want to fight back initially, he didn't fidget, he didn't shoot him in panic, he hunted him down, got what he wanted & left clean. Bro thats a pro. |

If dem get glory dem go dey beg ![]() idonhammer: |
There are many perspectives to this - however the one that holds true the most is the fact that there is a gross sense of entitlement and discontentment across board in the country. No one wants to live within their means anymore. Everyone wants to eat heavy, dress well, live big without the prerequisite means of income. Bar tenders, waiters, house helps, factory workers etc see their bosses and customers with big cars, nice houses & they want it for themselves too. They think they deserve it just because they're human beings so they want it, not taking into cognisance the years of study, apprenticeship, hardwork these people have put in to get to that level. Girls who beg while in a relationship may be gettinf money from their man but it is sometimes ojukokoro. A lot of young girls these days don't have sense. Many are doing ajo without jobs, how? They want hair, iphones, skincare but do not have the educational qualifications or skillset to afford the lifestyle. Instead of making do with what they have and concentrate on upscaling income, they go begging. We are not talking about boys who beg for money just to use it to buy loud or drugs. You like the life but you cant afford it, why not just leave it? Though there are times when one can need help and its okay to reach out but believe me when i tell you that most people these days beg to sustain a lifestyle not just to survive or get paste a rough phase. |

Good morning, I just received a call from a friend, he was distraught. He was asking what he should do next but my understanding of these things isn’t so clear so I’m putting it out here and would appreciate all helpful feedback: His rent has been due since January meaning he owes about 4 months months as we speak. Last month, his landlord through lawyers gave him a week’s notice to quit and hand over the property. Not long after that in the same April, he got notified of the landlord’s intention to approach a magistrate court for eviction. He’s afraid they might just wake him up one morning and toss his properties out. I’m wondering, is this proper? What is he to expect and what can he do in this circumstance? Good morning, I just received a call from a friend. He was distraught. I’ll like to ask some questions if you don’t mind. His rent has been due since January meaning he owes about 4 months months as we speak. Last month, his landlord through lawyers gave him a week’s notice to quit and hand over the property. Not long after that in the same April, he got notified of the landlord’s intention to approach a magistrate court on the 5th of May (tomorrow) for eviction. I’m wondering is this proper? Teach kids the truth! There’s no dignity in crime but all the other nonsense like they’re not fit to marry or are all ritualist or less human or such wealth is temporal is dumb, silly and baseless. Fraud wealth is only temporal to you in Nigeria. China will come here and make roads for you x50 the normal price, they’re getting richer. America will sell you arms at x10 the usual price. How many foreigners have been caught doing fraud in Nigeria, those ones don’t suffer repercussions or karma but because of the bitterness and envy in your heart you wish your country men will suffer and not have a good life. Dey play. Our youth have taken it to another level, yes, it’s rampant and has become a pandemic but preach against it from a place of truth & sincerity. Otherwise these kids won’t change, because they know when you’re lying. engrelvis: |
If fathers want to be firm and decide on the character of whom they want for their daughters in current Nigeria, many daughters may never marry. It’s easy to pick on yahoo boys but even the others with jobs are merely thieves with an ID cards but our society tends to accept that because we are mainly a country of hypocrites. From the policeman, to the banker, to the govt worker, to the contractors, to the businessmen, traders and importers how many are not thieves? How many of the workers live solely on their income? How many of the traders do not cut corners in their trade? Many of them engage in rituals to gain promotion, patronage or make sales and the society is accepting of it all. When it comes to yahoo boys, we all rise in arms. That’s pure hypocrisy. A young customs officer who was barely 10 years in the service came to ask the hand of a lady in marriage and her father a retired Fed Govt director sent him away because of the flashy car he came in. It took tears from the girl and mother and pressure from the extended family to make him bulge. According to him, the boy was shady for him to have such a car with less than 10 years in service. We really don’t mind stealing and corruption as Nigerians. We are only envious when it doesn’t favor us. If the OP had someone in his family who rose to became big through fraud and he is a direct beneficiary, this post will not exist. Bobodee09: |
100k is not as much in Lagos as it is in the East. Cost of living is higher here. My suggestion to you will be to learn a high demand skill/vocation in the next 2-3 years. Goodadvice01: |

I have an acquaintance in SA who knows him personally and he attested to the fact that the man has been battling drug abuse issues. That aside, the family has some explanations to do to clear the air on his accusations. |
All the papers are reporting that APC Edo have been dealt a huge blow. Learned silk are saying this may be the game changer but who are they compared to you? A whole Akpakomiza2 I will listen to you instead. They’re wrong, you’re right. Akpakomiza2: |
Things just got really difficult for Edo APC. A hand bigger than Akpabio/Oshiomole’s want Monday Okphebolo gone. Someone in the President’s kitchen cabinet. I suspect the son of the President. Same thing with Obama in Lagos. People more influential than those who conspired against him have risen. Its left for us to see how things play out and which side will prevail eventually. |
Scrabble is the more effective. It achieves all what Chess does but in with a healthy, competitive and educative mindset. |
In schools these days, a student will knock you out for the barest, it’s become a societal problem. Talk to Corpers to give you tales of their experience and how they had to climb mountains to avoid confrontations with students. People like you are why the society is the way it is, you only want to see things through your warped small mind. Water flows from a higher level to a lower, anything else is against the law of nature/life and that would be abnormal. On no account should a student attack or conspire to attack a teacher. NO ACCOUNT. helinues: |
