My wife is a registered nurse.

I want her to travel abroad for further studies, I have some savings already. And I eat. #1.5 m+ monthly.

Please can you suggest best countries she can go for studies and also with prospects of getting permanent residency soonest.

Not sure it’s a good idea to let her travel alone for some years with a kid alone…
