Morgan Capital has deteriorated so badly that one wonders what is becoming of them, and investors' confidence.

A friend of mine is still battling them on the disappearance of his Transcorp shares (over N2m worth) from their records, despite having all evidence of payment and purchase of shares. Up till now, no response.

What reliable and effective measure can investors take on brokers' breach of contracts?

CSCS, SEC and NGX hardly respond to emails and calls.

What exactly is happening in the country's bourse concerning probity and accountability?

At this point, no one should open an account with Morgan Capital. They have proven to be grossly incompetent and fraudulent at the same time.

I made a deposit to my Morgan Capital trading account and Morgan Capital credited my account with less than 40% of the money. I have been following up with them for over a month and they said they would investigate. I have not heard from them ever since. Is this how bad they are? I have tendered all receipts to prove they deliberately withheld my money.

Everywhere is very quite. That's is how you the market it red. No more excitement and price prediction.

I think we are too fixated on Access Bank. There are so many untapped stocks out there. It is good that CBN is standing against the recklessness of most of our banks.
The cheaper Access gets, the better for long term investors.

Some people have seen Access Bank report.

The convo on UBA is beginning to look like that of Ellah Lakes. Make una relax. Max 7 to 8% loss on monday and back to ranging price action before moving up again.

Most of us here are after capital appreciation as dividend most times is even guaranteed. When they do pay; just 2 to 10%.

I personally need my bags to swell 3-5x. Dividend can wait.

Ellah Lake result is still missing. Companies in similar industry have all released their reports.

Looks like we attach too much emotion to certain stocks. Oando, Ellah Lakes this and that. If you are buying, buy. If are selling, sell. Market will always do its thing.
