I don't think the bolded is the main issue here, the question are:
1. Were valid state congresses conducted in the affected states as posited by the claimants?
2. Is the conduct of valid congresses in all 36 states plus Abuja, a pre-requirement for the holding of the convention?

I have no bones in the fight, but let's stop being emotional, if PDP hopes to present itself as a credible opposition they should at a minimum obey their own rules!

1. Someone once said "your income is about the average of the total income of your five closest friends"
2. If this is true, then it may not be wise to keep poor people as your closest friends
3. Poverty signifies lack, an inability to meet your barest needs, Jesus hates poverty but not poor people, that was why he fed thousands more than once, helped those who could not help themselves and ultimately died on the cross and rose to break the curse of poverty among other thingss
4. Jesus once declared that "you will always have the poor with you"(Matt 26:11), which may connote that poverty will always be a feature of society, but do you want to be counted among them? - it's up to you!

2. Under the S.o.E regular laws are suspended temporarily and what you have is a quasi military government
3. All these appontments are meant to be temporary, when the elected Governor is restored as expected he can choose to leave them or fire them
4. The average Nigerian does not understand the mechanics of politics, they cloud their judgement with emotions, learn to be stoic, cold and calculative when assessing political issues. I am neither an economist nor tax expert. But one thing holds true, you can only tax what is incoming or earned. I want to hear from other agencies like the Ports, customs, CBN e.t.c, what they are doing or plan to do to provide an enabling environment for small and medium scale businesses to flourish. Can we have a holistic and integrated approach that can work for everybody?
