The cost of the floor is calculated per square meter (SQM), and it also depends on the option you choose. Below are the available pricing options to help you select the one that best suits your budget and project requirements.

Please Note: Prices may increase or decrease depending on the total square meter (SQM) of your project.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1 – Complete Package
If we provide all materials (both local and imported) as well as labour:
₦19,500 per SQM

Option 2 – Shared Materials
If you provide the local materials while we provide the imported materials and labour:
₦9,500 per SQM

Option 3 – Labour Only
If you provide all materials (both local and imported), we will provide labour only:
₦4,500 per SQM

Note: The above prices exclude landscaping works and sand filling.

When giving clients an estimate, please try to specify the type of materials you're using. This helps clients understand exactly what they're paying for and prevents misunderstandings after the job is completed.

Your pricing looks good, but I believe this estimate is based on the use of local color materials. I charge a similar rate when a client chooses local colors. If the client prefers imported materials, the price will naturally be different.

Being clear about the materials included in your quotation helps clients make informed decisions and ensures they get the quality they expect.

12k -15k per square meter depending on location all materials included.

5k -7k per square meter depending on location, you provide (cement sand and granite)

Neat job you have here. We did something similar but with stamped surface, very time consuming work.

People that are doing compound flooring are really trying. 350 bags of cement and they are still demanding for more.

The quantity of cement to be used depends on the sqm of the total job... If they've already used 350 bag then what they have already covered should be more than 750 sqm..

Oh boy.. it is not my Field but from my knowledge hbf high gloss shouldn't be more than 35-40k while normal hbf should be between 23- 25k depending on the location .

The job is still waiting polish but full precast has been completed remaining to apply sealant.

Yes oo .. the site is in a water logged area thats why the cement is that much . And yes we use this much materials for stamp concrete.

this exactly what I do too, transport for inspection the deduct it f om the main fee, some are just there to use you, already have someone to do there job. May God's protection be on us all

this is exactly the case on this forum .. some clients on here that contacts already have they want to award the job .. they are just using me to know wether they are not being exploited by the person they gave the job to.

Requesting for Inspection fee and Google map to the site, so you won't have to be calling the client to be asking for directions. You just call that you are at site already after surveying the area to your satisfaction and taking photos with sign boards, post, at the background .

That is his quotation here. For the record, the total square meters is 230 and he said we will need to do 10cm thickness

Hello sir is he based in Abuja? If yes then you can negotiate between 2kper sqm and 2500 per meter.. this materials he quoted though the cement is too small for 230sqm and the sand wouldn't be enough for 10cm thickness....... omoh this quote ehnnn

Different types of Tiling dey.... You can never conclude a fixed price for tiling works.....

But that doesn't justify charging another money for skirting and tiling the soap space.

Yes, wike is trying in that aspect, road construction in every corner of Abuja since he was appointed minister. Hope the renovation is going well? .. good luck on the project . We were in life camp and won't be returning until duty calls.
