why don't we use this medium to give the NSA advice or tips on how to catch the perpetrators of this shameful act.  I am sure somebody out there knows something.
You can create another id, then use it to give out detailed informations that will lead to the arrest of the bad guys that are behind this evil act.
I am sure their are Government officials on this forum and I believe they will take it on.

what happens in the case where the owner wants to use the van for haulage of his own goods? what plate number do you recommend?

I currently have a ford transit van which had a commercial plate number, I tell you guys the way i get stopped all the time from different local government operators, road safety, police and so on is getting on my nerves.
When they see the red plate number they obviously think I am a commercial driver, then expecting their ''Egunje'' but I always disappoint them cause all my documents ( both local, state and federal) fire extinguisher, C caution, jack, spare tire, wage are all complete.

But at the end of the day you get delayed, which is one of the more reasons i put up the van for sale on this site in order to get another one so i can get a private plate number on it. I see other vans with commercial plate number carrying goods, so i guess that will not be a problem or will it?

Like I've always tell others, the landlord wants to raise capital for his business with one of his property and I think it is only wise to sell an uncompleted one than to sell a completed building. Their's no problems whatsoever with the property.

The landlord might knock out a couple of hundred grands for any serious buyer
