> 1. Seller and Buyer signs and seals the contract including their Banking Co-ordinates and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronically signed copies by both parties is considered legitimate and legally binding and enforceable on both parties. Both Parties deposit copies of the Contract with their respective banks. Also, We Request that Buyer Writes Seller an Official Corporate Letter Agreeing to the Procedure.

> 2. Buyer to provide Details of Port of Discharge/Email address of all relevant Email on these Transaction for Vessel Release of NOR/ETA and Sample Document – Bill of Laden, Cargo Manifest and Certificate of Origin from Vessel Domain

> 3. Seller Nominate and DISCLOSE Name of Vessel pregnant with 2 Million Barrel on its way to China Territorial International waters/Port of Discharge and Release sample - Bill of Laden, Cargo Manifest, Certificate of Origin, from the Domain of Vessel immediately after the signed Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) and the Official Corporate Letter.

> 4 Buyer Provides ATB formats of the Quality and Quantity Inspectors for Boarding of Vessel for Quality and Quantity Dip Test.

> 5 Buyer would ReleaseMT799 cash blocked fund in sellers account, and for BLCO Cargo Reassignment Fee and further Documentation, Buyer will include clause for discounting $250,000 : 00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollar), the First Set of Document would be issued in Buyers Name in 3 Days (Bill of Laden, Cargo Manifest, Certificate of Origin) and the ATB will be issued alongside.

> 6 Then the Release of ATB from Vessel Domain for Quality and Quantity Inspection upon the announcement of arrival of Vessel, ATB for Boarding the Vessel for confirmation and Dip Test, after successful Dip Test sample, BUYER/SELLER would immediately receive the Result and their Respective Banks.
>
> 7 Upon Result of Quality and Quantity Test, Seller would Release Invoice for the value of Spot Shipment of 2,000,000 Barrels (2mBbls) would be PAID in FULL less The Discounted Amount; transmitted by Swift Transfer MT 103+ in favor of Seller.
>
> 8 Seller hand over to the buyer all cargo documents in Buyers Name.
>
> 9 Next shipment is agreed by both party, buyer place full instrument for 1 year to the seller
