Pep is direct as it is. there are many kinks in the City team that needs to be fixed.

1. KdB is wasted as a winger. He is too talented than to be shunted on one side of the field. He doesnt have the pace to do it, and he is better off in the middle where he can roam everywhere join the wingers to create overloads

2. Silva though is ageing, no one still has his ball sense. So Silva must play.. A player like KdB will eventually take up Silvas position as thats what he is built for. The conundrum is how to make Silva and KdB coexist

Currently to play KdB, Silva, 2 wingers and a striker means you have to make KdB sit deep just infront of the DM which puts him too far from the goal to have.

For Pep to play against a top opposition without compromising his midfield solidity, he has to drop one of Silva or KDB, Get a better winger than Sterling, Get good young full backs who hae the engine not the dross Clichy and other past it Full backs. then since he has decided to swin or sink with Stones, he need a steady head older defender beside him

Silva and KDB behind Aguero, that way the two of them get to play centrally in the final third without leaving spaces at the back since they have Fernandinho and Yaya to cover

I doubt it. Wingbacks role is all about intelligence ( check all the players who play the wingback position, they are not exceptional, but players who know what to do at the right time ).
Willian tend to drift infield a lot and will often get caught upfield thus disrupting the shape and organization of the system.
best bet is to play Cesar there (even though we would become too defensive in that area of the pitch) while Pedro is allowed to play in his forward role
