Good morning guys just did a sperm analysis test some weeks back and this is my recent result , can I get a lady pregnant easily with my current result .

Good morning guys it’s going to be a lengthy read but I try to summarize everything as I can .
I have been battling with premature ejaculation for years now , I have taken a lot of things but to no avail . So I was told to do hormonal profiling , which I did and the result came out I was having serious hormonal imbalance issues with very high fsh and lth with o testosterone levels . Now I know know where my problems were coming from , I was told my premature ejaculation issues will be resolved once I’m able to boost my testosterone level to good level , I went into herbs like bitter kola and alligators pepper I took any herbs I knew helps with testosterone boosting . Good news I noticed a tremendous change after like 3 weeks on this herbs too boost my testosterone level , I was now having early morning erections very hard ones , and sometimes I just have erections in after and randomly , my sex life improved drastically I was no longer coming quick I was very happy , my reception became very hard and I could go like 5 rounds unlike before one round and I’m panting and feeling exhausted. But this was short lived I noticed that after I stopped taking those herbs like a week ., thinking that I have gotten myself back everything went to zero again , my se life everything went down again , I was told one of my testes is not working fine hence the reason for the high fsh and lth and very low testosterone . Guys I need help I was told that I cannot impregnate a girl with this condition unless ivf that I should start saving for it before marriage . Pls nairalnders I need help to balance my hormones and permanently increase my testosterone level to normal . Right now I have gone to taking those bitter kola and alligators pepper I normally soak in water and take but no difference since then . Don't worry yourself about ejaculate quickly in the first round but the problem is how long does it take you to rise again for the 2nd round that's where the problem lie.
