will you accept 4million naira for the two plots. Your 13million naira is very unrealistic, though you are trying to sell with the proximity to mayfair. mayfair is an Hfp Estate with facilities and land of 900sqm is selling for 7million asking, its common sense and only an ignorant buyer will buy your land by comparing with Mayfair. VGC land is going for 70million and ikota which is the neighbourhood sells for between N8million to N25million depending on proximity to the express. so stop trying to deceive people and wasting peoples time, omonile land and private estate has a huge price difference. Be realistic and you go sell land, if you are waiting for top-up because you think moguls plenty for nairaland, hmmmm. |
