I know there has been a lot of advice on this topic, but I want to give my little cent. Programming is far more than css and JavaScript with a backend framework like laravel(php)/Django,flask(python)/asp.net. If you follow the approach of making money quickly, you might never reach the level to make reasonable pay. If you truly want to earn real big as a programmer, aim reasonably. Gain a solid foundation. Learn the basic principle of computer science. Don’t be deceived by anyone who tells you it not required anymore. Understand data structures and algorithms, time and space complexity. Use any programming language of choice. My advice is python at this stage as it simpler and will makes it easier to understand this core principles. Only after understanding this, and learning a specific programming language(not css) can you then start learning any frameworks. You will be surprised at how easier to learning will now be, and how you can easily bring whatever idea you have to life. If you ever attend an interview in any big firm that pays real Good like google, Microsoft, Amazon or the likes. The questions are mainly about these core principles. Because once have this core, everything else could easily be learnt or looked up while developing. It takes time, but the result far out-ways the get rich quick approaches. |
