Please is there anyone having the issue of Diploma English proficiency letter rejection in DIT and what can be done about it please it's urgent. Thank you

pls is it only academic documents that needs authentication to study in germany or other credentials also need authentication at the Ministry of foreign affairs too. pls help me with correct information
