Hi Everyone,

For about 7 months now, I’ve been suffering from a terrible skin itch. It happens mostly when I feel warm, if I exercise or do anything that warms up my body a bit. Even as little as taking a long walk, my back , chest sometimes hands and legs starts to itch. If I also walk into a warm room or the house is warm it happens as well. It even happens when I’m anxious or nervous. It has left no rash or reaction on my skin, just terrible itching when it happens. At this point, it has been making me very depressed as it has limited things I do. I’ve seen a general doctor, allergist and even a dermatologist. I’ve done series of tests too but they can’t pin point exactly what it is. Please has anyone experienced this or know any one that has ? If yes please what I can use to help.

Please don’t ignore, I really need all the help I can get. Thank you so much and God bless

It's deeply unfortunate that almost everyone in my workplace, including both married and single women, is likely to test positive for HIV. I disclosed the possibility of contracting the virus to a coworker I was dating and urged her to always use protection until we started our medications. Now, almost everyone is suffering from typhoid and malaria, but I fear they are actually HIV positive. When I confronted my girlfriend, she denied sleeping with her former boyfriend. He also denied it when I confronted him and attributed his illness to typhoid and malaria. I told him I could help if he confessed, and he eventually admitted to sleeping with her and also trying to persuade her to break up with me. I informed him of his HIV status and that he had likely infected the HR as well.

This situation has taught me to trust no one, regardless of their appearance. The HR has given me three weeks of leave to take care of my health, of which I have already spent nine days. I can't stop blaming myself for what many of them will go through, especially the young woman of 20 who will need to start medication so early in her life.

Please, let's all carry condoms and insist on their use unless marriage is involved. It’s important to prioritize safety.
