ShortBiscuit: Why is it that a currency ($) that Nigeria doesn't own nor print keeps having such an insane influence on our local economy?? First your country’s huge debt is not in your local currency and your exporters demand for dollar as a means of exchange. Do you understand it now? |

festacman: Finally, it looks like the former president and other interested parties are putting in words for Godwin Emefiele.
If FG accepts this plea bargaining proposal, it means either it doesn't have enough evidence to, successfully, prosecute Emefiele or some 'interested parties' know that going further with prosecution will documents and testimonies under cross examinations will implicate them or their companies directly or indirectly.Kukutente23 post=125311963: You've said it all And Zombies were masturbating on Emefiele then as evidence Tinubu has hit the ground running. Can corruption fight corruption? We're not ready as a country s, plea bargaining saves government money and time, but it is difficult to trust politicians to structure a deal that will ensure massive recovery of assets from Emefiele. So obviously, Nigeria will lose out again as usual. Sad! You need to understand what plea bargain is all about well first, I agree the details of the arrangement may not be fully public but it’s definitely not because FG does not have sufficient evidence to nail emefiele rather it’s on the contrary. |
