Why is my gionee phone so slow

maybe u dont close all your apps properly before using another. though it shouldn't be a problem but leaving running apps in the background can sometimes cause the phone to slow down.

at first i couldn't download from my play store so on nairaland i saw something about updating the phone which i did, but after that i tried it but it still couldn't download. instead it would show downloading but nothing comes up. after some days i tried it and it was downloading but it wouldn't complete the download

if its the playstore downloading issue then i would say update the phone but if it still happens i can say it would rectify itself. cos my own was like that.

The fault is not with the phone but in order to kill the ad she has to trace what causes the ad to pop up.. Pop-up ads re very difficult to remove, so that's why I suggest she reset the phone

even if she resets the phone the ads would still come.

she doesn't have to restore any setting. The fault doesn't lie with the phone.
