The problem is with nma leadership. Doctors should begin to run 3shifts daily like all other health workers. It will solve employment and reduce stress. Nurses and others can't work for few hours a day and expect to earn same salary wit doctor that do not run shift.

Though oouth is a crap like every other government hospital in d country. It's has a poor structure and facilities. You can never understand until u have a relative there. But it still gat some brain if not your mum mega furnished nnpc hospital won't send her there.
