No hospital has full standard PPE for staffs, even healthworker at Government facilities don't have access to PPE , as a doctor , I buy my PPE with my money every time am on duty.

We also got the same treatment from the then sub Dean of basic medical sciences of olabisi onabanjo university Dr (Mrs) Agboola MCB lecturer, refused to sign our results for the same MTN scholarship annual verification ,she even threatened to ensure the 3 of us fail out of medical school (myself, Abdul azeez, and chromo)when she met us at the dean's office. we end up losing the scholarship as she refused to sign our results.
Till this day I still feel bad about it, to even think "mother" will be so wicked.

I am a DIY solar installation enthusiast, I have been a able to successfully executed over 8 projects, but having come close to install 20 panels of 325watts 30v to a luminous 10kva 180v. How are the solar panels connected to achieve 180v output.?

You will need charge controller of 180volt , do a series of 9panel (least or then 2string bearing in mind the float voltage of the batteries can reach 215v- 220v

I have only installed this design onces using yohako 180v 80ah controller, using 300watt panel with voc 40volt, won't venture into such design again, high risk of electrocution, poor system efficiency ( limited controller types), poor maintenance. Would rather convert to 48volt system.

Well have used 2 of the series for installation
1) 5kva 48v tower inverter,....it's a bit disappointed cause inverter will not bypass to supply when switched off with AC available .... implications...is that inverter has to be on Always even when AC from Nepa or Gen is available..( manual changeover will be needed)
Also charge current ...15amp...
Menu no adjustable, no MCB switches
Except the above it powers well

2) wall mount 5kva 48v...same series of power star...it works well like typical power star

Please house who knows where I can get a luminous inverter technician or repairer. The luminous inverter is already in Lagos. The issue with the inverter is that it reads voltage at the input and it doesn't change over automatically.

Attitudes...a major issue...ask the prof when last he had a clinical review or wardround of patients in his unit even before being a CMD.,..
One major problem in Nigeria health system is the he irresponsible seniors of the profession. Consultants which are being paid hardly come for their WEEKLY round (which should be daily) , most hardly even do surgeries not to talk of call duties for emergencies.only to push their responsibilities to their resident doctors.

Overall it's a sad story.

Op, the truth is no doctor nor surgeon likes blood , its never easy to make just an incision nor suture wound with needle on human, the only thing that keep them going is to have it at the back of your mind and be fully convinced that you are doing the best for the patient and his/ her life depends on it.

Good morning op. Will strongly suggest she register with the hematology clinic in any of the teaching hospitals around you. Such as lasuth in Ikeja, Luth at mushin. The follow up clinic entails a regular check up at no cost with specialist of interest. Have spent my last 2yrs managing sickles cell and cancer children. The pain is really killing and money draining. Better u use the teaching hospitals cos they have the hematologist.
On daily basis I still get consult to inform parents about the status of their children as SS.
Pls house.. If for any reason u are to do genotype test kindly do it at a reputable laboratory. At least a lab. U can sue.
