They actually sent regret mails mid January.

No, there was no option for it. Only Graduate trainee applications require referral staff ID.

How did your test go, please i applied on February 7th and haven't heard from them but i got the workable confirmation of successful application mail when i applied, do u think i should reapply that's for the frontline internship programme and we're the past questions useful for you

Chill, you will be invited as long as your application was successful.

You are going to attempt 15 GMAT questions for 10 minutes. And you must have a pass mark of 50%. If you score 50% above, you will have to wait and continue to the next stage called PDA. PDA is just an assessment to know about you. After that they will tell you to go and will be contacted for further interview.

It's a Computer based test by the way.

What's up? Is there an ongoing Unilever recruitment?

We were given a 15-page document (a business case) to study for 30 minutes. Followed by a group discussion.

We had a group presentation, after that a 2-page document with information related to the earlier document was given to us to study for 45 minutes which ended with a 3-minute individual presentation.

We rounded up with one-on-one panel interview with members of Unilever sales team and HR.

This recruitment exercise isn't meant for the public. It's for the conversion process of some of the bank's contract staff.

Okay, youre right. just confirmed from someone I know. Since you're familiar with the system, what's the possibility of transaction trainees and DSEs being converted to full time staff in Sterling? Contract staff in UBA and Zenith are usually converted after 1-3 years if they've got good appraisals. Is this the case in Sterling?

There is no guarantee for conversion, although they do convert silently based on recommendation from senior management (executive director level). If you are qualified (possess a 2:1 degree and less than 26yrs), you are allowed to apply for entry level recruitment. You won't be given any preferential treatment.

Finally, regret mail dropped today after my interview with the director was cancelled out of thin air.

Are you sure about this figure? Know about an ET or something whose pay was just bumped to 150k+, and he was just recently promoted. Also, do you have concrete info about their contract staff? Heard it's around 70k+

I gave the correct figure.

Executive trainees (Entry level Full-time staff) are paid 198k (after tax) monthly with yearly upfront payment, medicals, profit-sharing, leave allowance, 13th month allowance and company shares.

Transaction trainees (contract staff) are paid 71k (take home) monthly. They also get 13th month and leave allowance.

Direct sales executives (contract) (marketers) are paid 40k monthly.
